Naturally Non Allergic "Cat Challenge"

1. Sponsor

The Cat Challenge Video Contest ("Contest") is sponsored by NNA Company - Owner of the Naturally Non Allergic® brand ("Sponsor")

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, affiliates, advertising agencies, immediate family members, and members of the same household of the Sponsor are not eligible.

The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on: 2026/08/13 12 AM Central Time and ends on 2026/10/12 at 11:59 PM Centrak Time.

Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

4. How to Enter
A - Apply by using the website form.
B - Record an original video (maximum 30 seconds) showing your cat using Naturally Non Allergic Cat Litter.
C - Post the video with review on Naturally Non Allergic website: https://shop.naturallynonallergic.com/products/cat-litter-quick-clumping-11-lb
D - Hashtags: #CatChallenge

Limit one (1) entry per person.

5. Video Requirements

Each submitted video must be:
A - original and created by the entrant
B - feature Naturally Non Allergic Cat Litter
C - not contain copyrighted music, television clips, logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material owned by others
D - not contain offensive, violent, hateful, defamatory, illegal, dangerous, or sexually explicit content
E - comply with all applicable laws

Sponsor reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that violates these Rules.

6. Judging

Entries will be judged by a panel selected by Sponsor.

Judging criteria include: Creativity (30%), Originality (25%), Cat's personality and engagement (20%), Product presentation (15%), Overall entertainment value (10%).

The judges' decisions are final.

Sponsor may also award a separate People's Choice Award based on engagement (likes, comments, and shares), at Sponsor's sole discretion.

7. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

One-Year Supply of Naturally Non Allergic® Cat Litter

consisting of:

12 bags (11 lb each)

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

8. Winner Notification

Winner will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform used for entry.

Winner must respond within seven (7) days.

Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

9. Ownership of Submitted Content

Entrants retain ownership of their original videos.

However, by submitting an entry, each entrant grants Sponsor the rights described below.

10. License Granted to Sponsor

By entering the Contest, Participant grants Sponsor (NNA Company), its affiliates, successors, licensees, retailers, distributors, advertising agencies, and marketing partners a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, crop, modify, translate, adapt, combine with other works, distribute, publish, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works, from the submitted video, in whole or in part, in any format or media now known or later developed.

This includes, without limitation Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X, Website, Amazon listings, Chewy listings, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify Store, Email marketing, Printed advertising, Trade show presentations, Television, Streaming services, Retail presentations, Paid advertising, Digital advertising, Public relations, Press releases, Investor presentations, Product packaging, Educational materials, Any future marketing or promotional purposes.

No additional approval or compensation shall be required.

11. Permission to Edit

Sponsor may edit submitted videos, including trimming, resizing, adding subtitles, adding logos, adding music, changing colors, adding graphics, combining multiple entries into one video, without further permission.

12. Name, Image and Likeness Release

By entering, Participant grants Sponsor permission to use Participant's name, social media username, voice, likeness, image, city/state for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

13. Cat Image Permission

Participant represents that they own or have authority to submit the video featuring the cat(s).

Participant grants Sponsor permission to use the image and likeness of the cat(s) appearing in the video for any promotional purpose.

14. Representations and Warranties

Participant represents that the video is original, participant owns all rights, participant has permission from every person appearing in the video, the submission infringes no copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.

15. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants release Sponsor, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and their respective affiliates from any claims arising out of participation in the Contest or use of the prize.

16. Privacy

Information collected is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

17. Platform Disclaimer

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Meta.

Participants understand they are providing information to Sponsor and not to the social media platforms.

18. Right to Cancel

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest.

19. Governing Law

The Contest shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

20. Winners List

To request the winner's name, send an email within sixty (60) days after the Contest closes to office@naturallynonallergic.com
